In Memory of Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lin Milgrim, who were murdered in cold blood in Washington DC by the scum of the earth, on the eve of their engagement, for being born Jews.
Earth, do not cover their blood. The beloved and the pleasant, they have not departed each other neither in life nor death
In the beginning, God made Love
And Love was in the blood
And blood called unto blood
In joy and creation,
Blood touched blood
And they became one
And God saw that it was good
And it was night and it was day
And it was woman
In the beginning, God made Love
And love was in eyes
And the eyes met eyes
In awe and jubilation,
Eyes cried to eyes
And the eyes saw as one
And God saw that it was good
And it was night, and it was day,
And it was man.
In the middle, God made rings,
And arguments, and apartments
And embassies and confessions
And wedding plans and flag pins
And photos and smiles and friends
And work parties and Washington DC
In the Meanwhile, Hell made murder
And murder had a name
And murder had intent
And murder hated God
And Blood touched beloved blood
And the Blood became the Word
And the Word came before God
And the word came from God
And God arose
